Hey ma, it’s not just photos anymore! Share your style with labels, tags, descriptions and more
It’s an exciting day in the Appozite office today. We’ve added a bunch of new features to ZiteFight and can’t wait for you to see them! Here’s what we’ve added…
A shiny new Explore page…
You can now find interesting photos in other ways on the newly minted Explore page. We’ve kept the leaderboard but now it looks much cooler.
…that helps you find fighters by tag
We’ve added tags to ZiteFight! Managers can tag their photos (more about that below) and those tags show up in a fancy tag cloud on the explore page. Click on a tag to check out the fighters with that tag.
…and gives props to the n00bs
We think that the rookies on ZiteFight are some of the coolest fighters on the site and wanted a way to show them off while they were still fresh. Since it takes 100 fights to break into the leaderboard, we added a Random Rookie to the Explore page. This will feature a randomly selected new fighter – anyone with under 100 fights can be featured.
Hey show off! Let us in on your style secrets!
Label your photos to share where you bought a specific item or highlight a detail in your photo, to help others learn more about how to get your style. You can even include links to websites where others can buy the items in your photos.
You can add tags to a photo to tell others what’s in that photo. Other people can then search for photos using the tags you created. You can include a style description of the photo to give others some context for the content of your photo.
So get to labeling and tagging…
Anyway, we’re very excited about all these new features. If you’ve uploaded photos, you should log back in and add some tags, labels and descriptions. And while you’re in there, why not add a few more photos? And if you’ve still waiting for the perfect time to upload photos, how does now strike you? It’s more fun when you’re fighting.
